Below is an indication of the costs of the various services we provide. Contact us with more information if you would like a quotation.

Domain Registration
Domain prices are controlled by the respective Registrars and are sold as an annual contract that must be renewed. Some service providers sell domain names at a discounted price only to surprise you with the actual price upon renewal.
Prices are relatively low. Around R100 for a .co.za domain or R250 for a .com domain.
There are a multitude of domain names available. Some are region-bound (e.g. .africa or .eu) while others are industry-bound (e.g. .farm or .wine) Each at its own price.
It is possible to transfer registrations from one service provider to another. In some cases this may involve a cost that will also be determined by the Registrars.

Website Hosting
The cost of hosting is influenced by several variables. The most important factors that influence the cost are the space your website takes up as well as the volume of traffic it generates.
We can only give indications here: Costs are payable annually and do not include domain registration.- Domain kept dormant (for possible later use) - R 750
- General information website with email facilities - R 1,200
- General information website with email facilities on a Wordpress platform - R 2,500
- Online store with up to 50 different stock items - R 2,000
- Online store with over 50 different stock items - R 3,500 and more
- Online store on WooCommerce platform with up to 50 different stock items - R 3,500
- Email service only - R 750 and more
Unlike some popular 'free' platforms that are freely available on the Internet (e.g. Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace and many others) we do not charge any monthly fees.

Most of the hosting packages we offer include email facilities.
The service is very flexible in that more than one address can be created, and the limit on the size of an email and the space it takes up is negotiable. -
Development of Website or Online Store
There are several factors that can influence the cost of a new website. The prices below are only a rough indication. Full details and discussion of them are necessary to determine a realistic price.
A "regular" website with up to 5 pages will cost in the region of R 3,000.
The same website on a Wordpress platform will start at R 5,000.
There are many more factors that will influence the cost of an online store. The price will probably not be less than R 3,000. The size of the store (calculated on the number of different stock items there is) is not relevant.
The price we quote is the price for the development of the entire website. We do not charge any monthly fee for any reason.
We start developing a website after we have received sufficient information and a deposit of 50%. The balance is payable upon completion of the website or within 60 days if complete details have not yet been received. -
Website Maintenance and Support
A well-designed website requires very little maintenance. Your type of business may require frequent changes.
Normally we charge a nominal fee per event. This can be as little as R200.
Where regular updates are required we may charge an annual fee to facilitate administration. Each case is considered on its merits. -
Social Media
Very difficult to indicate a realistic cost here.
The social media platform, your needs, the time/materials required and more can influence the price.
Assume that the cost will not be less than R 1500.
